Close-Knitted Neighborhood

It’s easy to find spots to get neighbourly

Along our pathways, away from the traffic flow is another type of flow – the flow of neighbours meeting neighbours. And at certain parts, the pathways are punctuated by neigbourly spots we call ‘pangkins’ (gazebos). These are rest areas where games can be played, stories can be told and advice can be passed down.

Pot lucks, outdoor cinemas and themed parties

With all these opportunities to be neighbourly built-in, you would fine reasons to be neighbourly by arranging pot lucks, themed parties and the likes (there’s even space to have outdoor cinemas if you want, near our Central Lake).
